Property Viewings
We are constantly updating our website and can upload new property details within hours of receiving new instructions. When this is combined with our flexible viewing times you can be viewing our available properties almost as soon as we do. A member of staff will accompany all viewings.

Letting the Property
Once you have chosen your property and paid the full security deposit and referencing fee, the property will be taken off the market.
Our staff will ask you for references which are passed to the landlord for their approval. We will then provide you with a copy of your tenancy agreement to read prior to signing.
On the day you move in we will meet you at the property to carry out a thorough check-in using the Inventory. You will be asked to sign the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and set up the monthly standing order. At this stage we will collect your first month’s rent and administration fee (in cleared funds only).
At this stage the keys will be handed to you and you can move into your new home!!
At the end of your tenancy we will carry out an inventory check, and providing there are no dilapidations during the tenancy your deposit will be returned in full.

Maintenance issues have never been easier to resolve. We have a 24 hour emergency helpline for tenants and aim to get a reliable and trusted tradesman out to your property within 24 hours of the problem being reported.
We keep track of reported maintenance problems and communicate with all relevant parties to ensure that the situation is resolved quickly and efficiently.
