Finding the Right Tenant

When letting your property, the key task for your letting agent is to tell as many potential tenants about your property as quickly as possible. As well as our regular advertising, and comprehensive website, we have a client database for tenants to register their details and enable us to keep them informed as new properties come onto the market. As soon as you list your property with us, we seek suitable prospective tenants and can arrange viewings at your property within hours. Looking after your Tenants

We look after your tenants and make a point of carrying out accompanied check-ins where we provide a welcome pack for your tenants, and give them all the information and contact numbers we think they will need for a successful and enjoyable stay at your property. We will ensure they know how to operate all appliances, heating and water systems, door and window locks, and that they know where the meters, fuse box, and stop cock etc are located. We find that providing this service helps tenants to look after the property more effectively.
